"All of it was very useful, knowing the reasons why you don't ask about trauma until trauma ready, getting to know and understand physiological signs; thank you for helping with skills that I need to help others and myself achieve a better healthy life"
"the most useful part was the skills for supporting clients who are distressed"
"The most useful was the flashback protocol, this will be useful in the PICU unit. Also going through the DBT skills- these can be implemented on the unit"
"Excellent training Thank you"
"Learning about the DBT Skills and the flashback protocol is a brilliant idea and something I will use on the ward"
"The most useful part of the training was learning that patients need to be stable before speaking about trauma. I feel this training has been extremely useful not just for work but in normal life; this training should be taught to everyone before working on the unit."
